Since I posted this I’ve seen a few concrete counter tops – I actually like them. Well that’s partly true. They are a bit purous and so will acquire a patina. That is something very personal. Sort of like butcher block or bamboo. Most buyers see these materials and wonder what’s living in there. To increase the value of your home nothing is safer than granite, corian, or quartz.
