Inspired by Terry Fox, Sophie George wanted to help scientists find a vacine for COVID-19 in order that life could go back to normal. With that in mind, she turned her attention to baking cupcakes as a fundraising endeavour for the benefit of the Ottawa Hospital Foundation’s COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund.
