I like this concept. Some small apartments can leave you with very little room. Can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to measure the bedrooms of a certain building to confirm that yes we can put in a queen bed. This allows you to enjoy the square footage your bed would normally occupy when you are not making use of it. Nice!

Perhaps more popular in more expensive more densely populated cities smaller and smaller condos are being built. As a pied à terre I think they’re great. I think I’d go stir crazy myself! Or I have too much stuff! What’s the smallest square footage you could live in?

We think we’ve invented furniture that can morph into another form but here a selection with a table that dates back to 1650. I love the piano / bed. Wow! At home I have a small table whose top can turn and become large, Molly has end tables with drop leaves. I’ve had the hide-a-bed (basic). What furniture do you have that can do double duty.

Over the past couple of weeks we were very fortunate indeed to have met Molly Hoyle.

We were selling our home and Molly brought her client to view it knowing it would be a home that they would be interested in....which by the way they were as they did end up purchasing. It was our fortunate luck that we met Molly through this endeavour. My husband and I were selling our house with Grapevine and as we are not experienced sellers there were a few times we were very close to just taking it off the market and staying here.
