Bike Washing Machine
What a great idea! Perhaps you’re green initiate for the day is to save more electricity. Or you’ve no time to go to the laundromat. Or the laundry is down the hall and there’s no time for that and a workout. Well good news, throw your laundry in the bike, hop on, and by the time you’ve done your workout your laundry is clean. For now its a concept but who knows.

Joan Rivers Estate
Most of the time Molly Hoyle is a good business partner and good friend. But there are times – not so much. I supposed to the mêlée I could add my friend Judy. First Judy sends pics of plates being auctioned at the estate sale. Then Molly and I look at what else is available. Of course as a collector I did see 1001 things. And then there’s Molly whispering in my back “You should bid on that” or “No you should on that”. And now as the final hours draw close I find myself on Joan watch. Several items still remaining join me.

Demolition by Neglect – Yet Again!
I find it very upsetting to see yet another building potentially fall by the wrecking ball due to neglect. Last year this was debated around Our Lady’s School at the corner of Cumberland and Murray and now the Somerset Hotel at another major intersection in town Somerset and Bank. I’m in disbelief of the City’s actions! It seems they say one thing officially and then do exactly as they wish behind closed doors. Protecting the history of the city does not seem to be a priority if it will upset one taxpayer or hinder a developers desires. A city should have plan and it should abide by it.
