Five Canadian Cities where Condo Prices Peaked in July
The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) reports that condo prices in 5 cities reached new peaks in July. Ottawa leads the way with a 22% increase, bringing the average condo price to $369,200. Next is Oakville at 10.2% $600,600. The other 3 are Guelph $375,300, Montreal $316,100, and Niagara $361,300. More details here.
